One judge rule the case on Tuesday say make he stand trial for the death of Brown, wey ask Przybycien, wey be her close friend make he help her end her life.
According to prosecutors, Przybycien text em friend dey tell am say em dey very happy to watch as person dey die. “It be awesome,” he write. It would “be like getting away with murder”.
He thoroughly plan the details of her suicide with her still kon go buy rope and spray air duster for her to take use kill herself.
Authorities yan say, he go pick her up from work on May 5 kon drive her to Maple Lake, one site wey he don do research ontop.
Przybycien help the girl tie the rope to one tree still kon help her tie the other end of the rope ontop say the girl no sabi do am by herself.

Even after she fall off the pedestal and she dey twist in pain, Przybycien continue to dey record the whole thing for about 10 minutes. Prosecutors talk say he kon leave the phone and receipt wey show say na em credit card dem use buy the rope near her dead body.
Przybyciens attorney talk say no be em client cause the girl death, say the girl na em kill herself.
Tuesday court ruling kon talk say e dey “reasonable to infer” say he try to cause brown death say without em action the girl suppose no die.
If dem convict am of murder, Przybycien go face 15 years to life in prison. But dem dey expect make he enter plea bargain later this month.
