Libya start voter registration ahead of 2018 election

Libyan Higher National Commission of Elections announce the start of registration of voters for the 2018 elections.

Emad Al-Sayeh, chairman of the commission, for joint news conference with UN Envoy to Libya Ghassan Salame yan say, 

“It was decided that voter registration inside the country will begin today and will last 60 days. for Libyans outside the country, registration begins on Feb. 1, 2018”.
