How To Carry Out Successful Pet Projects Even As A Newly Crowned Beauty Queen By Mrs. Kayla

There's so much involved in carrying out a successful pet project but the most important thing is Passion. I always advise that you look into your soul and find out what you are passionate about. When you are consumed with passion, there is no difficulty that would not overcome. 

Find people who have same passion with you and who would share your drive and then build a team. Synergy is very important for success. You have to do an analysis or survey in order to choose where the project should be carried out and whom should benefit. This is to ensure maximum impact. To ensure that people who need it most are the beneficiaries.

Being a Queen shows you already have much confidence in yourself so you must push this confidence into your project. When asking for sponsors, you should be very confident and articulate. You should be able to draw out a proper plan or proposal on paper explaining what the goal of the pet project is. You must be articulate and confident to be able to sell your dreams to sponsors.

"Clarity is very important". Clarity doesn't just help you get sponsors, it helps you avoid the wrong pursuit. 

Starting is crucial  in. "No matter how small the resources in your hand is, start"

Always remember is  how much you do that matters but how much impact you make. Sometimes just a little can turn the life of a person. So you do not have to wait for all the resources to be in place before you start.

You would surely face some difficulties in carrying out your project but do not relent. Your project is meant to solve a problem. A problem somewhere equals progress and promotion for someone. Those who dodge problems dodge progress. The truth is you are a Queen and you should leave a legacy.

 Legacy is affecting the lives of others positively. You are at your best when you bring out the best in others. You are at your best when your life is concentrated in adding value to people's lives.

Start from where you are and you would never be small. The little seeds you throw around today becomes trees tomorrow. 

And please you need to do a research before you carry out your project. For example, if you plan on doing an awareness on child abuse, you must read wide about that topic. Understand the intricacies, the growth, the challenges of victims and the way of life of the people you wish to bring awareness to. If it's to help the needy, then find out what they need the most. You must understand what you are into before explaining it to others.

Question by Queen Anita: Pls Mrs Kayla, If one doesn't have the resources to do a pet project, is there any other alternative apart from getting a sponsor. 

And how do I as a Queen be able to get sponsors, the convince way pls.

Answer: Yes! For instance, to help rape victims, for a start yo do not need  spend money. With social media you can do a lot. 

I once helped a 10-year old victim get justice. All I had to do was post it consistently on social media. And I got lawyers who asked to represent her for free. I got In touch with an agency who gave her parents and her counseling for free. It was an amazing experience.

To get sponsors you must be able to define what you want, what you want to achieve, how you want to carry it out. You should be able to put the plans on paper so whom ever you write to would be able to understand and decide if they would love to be part of it. You must also be very positive...
