Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode don approve with immediate effect, the dissolution of the 36 State Sports Associations wey dey under the supervision of the Lagos State Sports Commission excluding the State Football Association.
According to one statement by the Executive Chairman, Lagos State Sports Commission, Kweku Tandoh,dissolution of the Boards don become necessary to enable the State Government to rejig and reposition the activities of all State Sports Associations in line with the vision to become the Sports hub for Africa.
