According to source, the mata happen around 6PM near Columbus Circle when Cardi dey ride her new Bently SUV with her cousin when another driver hit her.
No be Cardi dey drive but as the other driver hit her car, she and her cousin get down dey argue with the driver na when the NYPD officer enter the mata be that.
The Officer wey Cardi B yan say be white, grab her with em hand around her neck kon pin her against her Bently.
The cop later leave Cardi B but em no take any report or issue any citation as e comot for the acident scene.
