Young gunmen enter Benue community, burn houses, kill retire major, burn em body

Some young gunmen storm towns of Ogobia and Ondo for Otukpo local government Area of Benue state last week Wednesday and Thursday wey be say dem kill four people with retired Major Lawrence Ugboh.


Dem burn some house and some motor.

This matter so dem say na two brothers be the mastermind, say dem get disagreements on top the money wey dem see from the land wey dem sell.

On top the Major matter, after the assailants hack am to death, dem drag am enter motor em motor kon set am on fire.

Dem also set em house for Ogobia Town and three other cars for em compound on fire.

Dem kill one Mr Christopher Uja, shoot em seven year old son as dem also set their house on fire.

Uja son dey for St Daniel Hospital Otukpo dey respond to treatment along with two other victims wey dem shoot.

One ex-serviceman, Tony Ochela, father of seven wey get four bedroom bungalow sef dey affected as dem burn em house and em life investment.

Dem trace this katakata to two brothers Ijachi Udeh and Benjamin Udeh. Ijachi na members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and  na Caretaker Chairman of Otukpo Local Government Area for one year as em brother Benjamin na member of People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Na each of these brothers people know wella for Ugboju as each of them dey control half of the area. And each of them get supporters for the area.

On the day the matter happen, Ijachi drive enter the town for inside one Hilux motor with em supporters kon start to dey shoot everywhere.

This matter as sources take yan na em make em brother Benjamin carry em own group the next day kon go the area as dem start to dey kill, dey injure people kon dey burn houses sef.
