The EFCC, Lagos zonal office, for Monday, October 9th, don arraign two people wey be Ogbor Elliot, Managing Director, Danium Energy Services Limited, and Godwin Okoronkwo, Managing Director, Petrosol Energy Limited, before Justice O. Oguntoyinbo of the Federal High Court sitting for Ikoyi, Lagos.
Dem arraign đem on top 10-count charge wey be obtaining under false pretense, conspiracy and forgery to the tune of N7, 300,000,000(Seven Billion, Three Million Naira).
Dem allege say the two use forgery Purchase Orders to get a new generation bank to grant dem credit facility to finance the sale of Automotive Gas Oil wey value at several billions of Naira to a major oil marketing company.
EFCC arrest the suspects, wey be members of a syndicate of fraudsters, after one employee for the bank complain .
