Federal Government employ 2,190 new tax officer

Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun yan say the Federal Government don recruit and train 2,190 Community Tax Liaison Officers (CTLOs) under the Voluntary Assets and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS). 

Adeosun, for one statement by her Special Adviser, Media and Communications, Mr Oluyinka Akintunde, yan say 1,710 CTLOs don already dey deploy to 33 states, out of the number wey dem recruit and train. 

 She follow yan say their task na to raise awareness about the scheme and taxation in general.She say the CTLOs dey currently operate for Adamawa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Enugu, Kaduna, Kwara, Lagos, Nassarawa, Niger, Ogun and Oyo state among others.
