Na like 20 student of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, don dey arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command for taking part for the on-going protest wey dem tag ‘BlackWeek’.
Dem arrest the student for allegedly vandalising government and personal properties for Panseke, Oluwo and Iyana Oloke areas of Abeokuta.
The students make bonfires close to the pedestrian bridge currently under construction for Panseke while some construction equipment on the bridge were set ablaze.
The protest wey start on Monday, according to the students, dey against the continue hostility between the government and the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, MAPOLY chapter.
