Veronica Green Posey, 64, call paramedics on Saturday afternoon when her cousin, Lindsay no answer dem.
Posey yan the police say she sit on her cousin to discipline for “being out of control.”
Posey also beat her 9 year old cousin with ruler and metal pipe say she misbehave.
To take add to the girl purnishment she sit on top the little girl for about 10 minutes before the child start to dey complain say she no fit breathe, the police report yan.
When paramedics reach the place, Lindsay no respond again.
Dem rush her go Baptist Hospital where dem yan say she don die.
Police kon charge Posey with homicide and cruelty toward a child.
Dem also charge Lindsay parent with child neglect as dem no report the abuse.
All the three adult dey custody for Escambia County Jail.
